Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026. This page is written in plain English. It is not legal advice.
By signing in and using PaceFolio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the app is
A personal finance tracker. It helps you record a plan, see your own figures and read research summaries. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Ideas and scores are simple screens based on public data and can be wrong.
Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your password, backup codes and keys safe. Do not share your sign-in.
- Check any figure against an official source before you act on it.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the app's protections, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Data from other sources
Prices, tax rules and research come from public websites, built-in tables and, if you use it, Claude. They can be late, incomplete or wrong. The app tries to say where figures come from, but it cannot promise they are accurate.
No guarantees
The app is provided "as is". It may be unavailable, change or stop at any time. Past results do not predict future results, and investing can lose money.
Limit of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, the owner is not responsible for losses that come from using the figures in the app or from the app being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Fees
The app is free and has no hidden charges. See the refund policy.
Your data
You own what you enter. How it is handled is in the privacy notice.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your data in Settings. The owner may stop access if the app is misused.
Which law applies
These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
